DORCAM / MyShuttle values ethics, transparency and respect in all its relationships, encouraging that inappropriate situations be reported in a responsible manner.

What can be reported

This channel can be used to report situations such as:

• Unethical or inappropriate conduct;
• Moral or sexual harassment;
• Discrimination of any kind;
• Fraud or financial irregularities;
• Undue favoritism of suppliers or third parties;
• Conflicts of interest;
• Irregularities in bidding processes;
• Attempted bribery or corruption;
• Improper use of company or customer information;
• Non-compliance with internal rules or applicable legislation.

Confidentiality and protection

All registered information will be treated with confidentiality, responsibility and impartiality.

DORCAM / MyShuttle ensures there will be no retaliation of any kind against people who make reports in good faith, even if the irregularity is not confirmed after investigation.

Anonymous reporting

Reports can be submitted anonymously.

If desired, the reporter may identify themselves to allow for possible contact or follow-up on the investigation, but this information is not mandatory.
